He is also CTO in Residence & mentor at Fintech Innovation Lab and advises a number of privately held software companies. He is CEO and co-owner of Biz Tectonics LLC, a privately held consulting company founded in 2006.

John Carbine is an accomplished cybersecurity executive and former Chief Information Security Officer at AlTi Global, a global wealth and alternative investment management firm. Gene Farberov, CISSP, is a Partner, Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief AI Officer at Gramercy Funds Management, a global emerging markets alternatives investment manager. With over 20 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity, he has secured investment operations, technology infrastructure, and sensitive firm data across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
